Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This policy explains how Trriggr("we", "us", "our") handles your personal information. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the order form or contact us, we collect: your name and email address; your brand and product details (brand name, website, product name, variant, label notes); your creative brief (shoot types, look and tone, references, must-have shots, things to avoid); and your confirmation that you hold the rights to the product and brand you submit.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; Stripe handles them directly. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe (such as confirmation of payment, amount, and the email used at checkout).

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the order form to tell humans from bots. See our Cookie Notice for details.

How we use your information

When we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Trriggr, under contract and only as needed:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers store and process data outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). By using the service you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your order information for as long as we provide the service to you and for 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax and financial records). When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting who can see your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You may ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

If you are in the EU or UK, or in California, additional rights may apply to you (such as erasure, portability, or opting out of sale). We honour applicable rights; contact us to make a request.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
