How it works
Every order includes one free revision. If something is not right, tell us what you would like changed and we will re-shoot or adjust the set.
If you are still not happy after that revision, we will give you a full refund of what you paid for the order. No drawn-out process.
How to request a revision or refund
Email hello@trriggr.com with your order details within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and usually take a few business days to appear.
A few sensible limits
This guarantee covers your satisfaction with the images we deliver. It does not cover situations outside our control, such as a brief or materials that turned out to be inaccurate, or a request to use images you have confirmed you do not have the rights to.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.
