Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Trriggr ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to them.
The service
Trriggr produces AI-assisted product photography. For the price shown at checkout, an order is 20 finished images in a mix of types (product, lifestyle, B-roll) and aspect ratios, art-directed and human-checked before delivery, with one free revision. Our target turnaround is 48 hours from the time we have everything we need from you. If your brief or materials are incomplete, the clock starts when they are complete.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own, or have the rights and permissions to use, the product, brand, packaging, trademarks, and any materials you submit, and that our producing images of them does not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to give accurate information. You must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful. We may decline or stop an order that breaches these terms.
Images, ownership and licence
On full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for your own commercial and marketing purposes. Your brand, product names, and trademarks remain yours.
We may showcase the delivered images in our own portfolio and marketing (for example on this website and our social channels). If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not, and you can ask us to remove your work at any time.
You understand the images are produced using AI tools. We take care to keep your packaging and labels accurate, and a human checks every frame, but you are responsible for final approval before you publish.
Payment
The price is shown at checkout (currently $199 AUD) and is payable in full when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Refunds and revisions
We want you to love your images. Your order includes one free revision. If you are still not happy after that, we will refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Your statutory rights (Australian Consumer Law)
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our other liability to you is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the affected order.
Acceptable use and our content
The Trriggr name, website, and original content are ours and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or misuse them except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
Except for the guarantees that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make promises beyond those set out here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order.
